Little Chef has seen some major changes in recent years, with the roadside restaurant making many changes that are pleasing yet also causing concerns amongst staff.
This short film was made to be shown at a conference to motivate all Little Chef stores about change. Interviewing current staff to gauge mood and to let everybody know the feeling in the company in respect to the new ideas.
